It’s a George Jones song. And it’s how I’m introducing The Let Go Diary, my account of my last weeks at my former company. I’ll occasionally be sharing bits and pieces of the Diary here. As for the song itself, I’d never heard it until I went searching for lyrics with “diary” in the title to appropriate for this post. It’s a lovely classic country tune, and if you’re into George, I think you’ll rate it highly.
