Proposed Freedom Plaza Development

A multi-billion dollar residential/entertainment complex called Freedom Plaza has been proposed for a long-vacant Manhattan site — and it would include something the borough has never had. Just recently, the years-long approval process for the project reached a make-or-break moment with a pivotal vote from a local citizen’s committee. Since Freedom Plaza would only be a few blocks from Red Hill’s home office, my editor asked me to look in to it.
